Q: How do I order Bronze Medallions?

Q: When can I expect my items?

A: All items are shipped from Distinguished Young Women headquarters in Mobile, AL.  Our office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm central standard time Monday - Friday. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.  You will receive an email notification when items have shipped.  

Q: Are there express shipping options?

A: Currently we provide standard shipping on all items.  Standard shipping is $3.00 per order. A priority shipping option is available at check out .  Please note: priority shipping cost is determined by size of items (small, medium, large) for priority flat rate boxes.

Q: My item is not available in my size/quantity?

A: The merchandise that is shown in the catalog is what we currently have stock.  Each year, in June, in preparation of the Distinguished Young Women National Finals, we replenish and order new merchandise stock.  

Q: Will tax be added to my purchase?

A: Since Distinguished Young Women is headquartered in Mobile, AL all online purchases within the state of Alabama will have taxes added to the purchase price.  If merchandise is being shipped outside the state of Alabama, tax will not be added to the purchase price.
